Guru does aspect shani in navansha. Not sure whether this qulifies for moderating the delay or not. However it is smadharmi to the 6th lord being in navansha of budh ( I have JH Hora here, so I hope in KAY the navansha does not change) Shukra antara the engagement happened and broke off. Shukra is in house D, however it is with Budh the 6th lord and has only 3 points in BAV. The next antara of Sun, Sun has 5 points and is in House D. He also is with 6th lord and happens to be 8th lord. Although in traditional astrology Sun does not have ashtamesh dosh ( Does KAS, has 8th house dosh ?), it is still a 8th lord. Significators for 7th are Sa, Mo and Ma. All these three planets are aspected by 6th lord Me from D house. LoD is also Ma and LoE is Ju who is in the navamsa of 6th lord. Ma is also in the navamsa of 6th lord. It means 6th influence is over all the planets meant for 7th house. There seems to be one plus point that Ju a benefic and LoE aspects Me (6th lord) but this hope is diminished being Ju in Me navamsa. Ve is influenced by Sa , Ma and Ra. There is full delay caused by Sa and Ju both. Though delay is moderated by Ju but being in Me navamsa it will not moderate the delay. One zero in 5th house by Mo. Delay will be over on 3 Sep 09 when Ra antara in Ju main will be in force. The native has long way to go for marriage. So now do timing of marriage for this girl i.e. calculation. You will find that Sa is causing delay, Ju is moderating and then Ju is itself causing delay. Yes, here Ju aspects Sa in navamsa and Ju is not in sign, nak or nav of Saturn neither it is in libra in rasi or navamsa. So it can check the delay of Saturn because it ASPECTS Sa in navamsa. Also one more point to note and that is 6th lord is in 4th house and with more bindus i.e. 6 so such things spoil happiness and mostly points are low in 7th and 5th house and 12th also. In 7th house, Ve has 12 points and SD to 6th lord as u said. Ju is powerful but again its SD to 6th lord in navamsa of Mercury. And 6th lord itself has more power in 7th house as well. Ra aspects Ma in navamsa and Ra aspects 11th house and Ra is in 5th in Rasi and Ma is in 10th so both Ra and Ma are having its influence on 5th house and mostly points are also less in 11th house. So quite possible she might marry in low points after delay is over. Cheers !!! Same type of situation occurred with me also when I was analysing a chart.The same chart may be in the archive . Ash gave some comments over this situation. I do not remember now. Regarding this chart the engagement was during Mo antara who is weak in 7th and on the day of Ma was transiting over house D and over 6th lord and 5th lord and he was aspecting house B and C and also lords of A,B and C with benefic sight. Ma is weak in all houses in WS. However the native is passing through the delay period and delay will be over on 3 Sep 2009 . When you consider the moderation of delay then it should be over at the age of 23 years. Now she is in her 24th so the delay after moderation is over. She is passing through Mo antara and then Ma antara. Mo and Ma both are helpful for 7th because they reside in 4th place from 7th. But both of these planets are weak in WS for 5th,7th and 12th. Mo is strong with 6 bindus in BAV chart in 7th as compared to Ma with only 3 bindus . If at all marriage happens then it will happen in the low points in WS. So Mo antara in its second sector beginning from Oct /2007 to Mar /2008 may be capable to give the marriage. Still I stand on my words given in my last mail. Only Ju LoE is strong in all houses except houe 4 and Ju antara will come at the age of 44 + which is very late. Chart also indicates that native will conceive late after marriage. There is delay in child birth. Therefore considering all factors I approached to the conclusion that native may marry sometime between Dec/2008 and Jan/2009 in second sector of Ma antara of Ju main.
