I have a question that what planet and house should be considered for taking a house on rent / property / land purchase. please guide me that which planet cordination and strength in astakvarga should be considered for this in transit too. Otherwise its very general. For example, if someone gets property in Inheritance might be different than someone buying property from self earned income where 11th house is important compared to inheritance where 8th house might become important. When u are purchasing property and if in SAV mars has 0 points in 4th house, then that might mean something, 4th house and status of 4th house, 11th house i.e. Karak for 4th house, delay calculation all things must be considered to get specific as Ashtakavarga is very specific. I was a bit confused because we are trying to purchase property from long time, ready to pay money but the person first agrees for deal and then refuses. This is a trouble going on from last one year or more duration. Will try to analyse it the way you suggested.
