Since his lagana , Su and Mo is in the four sector of Ju he seems to be of religeous mind hypocrite The native is a teacher it is indicated. But I can not find out how is he in a govt.job ? His DBCE from lagna, Su and Mo are all in zigzag so native can not take any daring challenges or risk so he can not do business. Service is the best option for him. Su represents Govt., Sa is servant and house 6th is for service. 10th lord Ve is in the house of service and it combines with 6th lord Sa in navamsa of Ma. 6th lord Sa aspects Su who is FK for service. Probably this may be the reason for doing service in a govt. organisations. Currently the native might be facing financial hardship. His expenditures might be going more than his earnings. Ju being in 6th house in navamsa is not the criteria for Ju not being able to check. For example if Ju is even 6th lord but its not in libra or sign nak or nav of Saturn and if it aspects Saturn it can still check delay of Saturn. So Just focus on the essence of the law. No where it is given Ramesh that If Ju is 6th lord or in navamsa of 6th lord of in 6th house of Navamsa it looses its property to check delay of Saturn. Ju ONLY looses its property to check delay if its in the grasp of Saturn or if in libra. I hope this clears. Natural property to reduce delay of Saturn is checked if Ju is in grasp’s of Saturn or spoilt in libra only and not due to ownership of 6th house of being posted in 6th house in navamsa. Cheers !!! Due to lack of time I dod not go it seriously but I found it important also. In his chart there is combine delay by Sa and Ju. Ju in Libra. One zero in SAV chart. So delay is present in the chart .
