Why lords of primary upachhaya houses ( B, C altleast)are not eager to give results. And LoD, and LoE the lords of secondary upachhaya houses are eager to give results? Let us assume you are studying 7th house. Now one of the significations of 7th house is marriage, house D is 10th from B, so it is 4th house and house E is 6th from B so it is 12th house. 4th house is for domestic happiness. while 12th house is for bed-comforts. Both of 4th and 12th house results will come if native gets married. Hence, both of these lords are eager to give marriage. Consider 6th house, 6th house is for job. D is 3rd and E is 11th. 3rd shows parakarm, success while 11th shows income. Both will come if a person has a job, hence both of these lords are eager to give 6th house results. Because only if 6th house is present (person has job) can D and E trigger. Consider 10th house, 10th house is for authority. D is 7th and E is 3rd, again 3rd is for parakarm, success, communicative power, while 7th is sub-ordinates, peers, assistants. Hence, 3rd and 7th are eager to give person authority. Hence, it is important the D and E houses have good points in WS to give best results for B. Like if 4th and 12th house points are high for all planets then 7th house results are favourable. Similary if 3rd and 11th house points are high in WS then 6th house results are favourable. If otherwise, it creates some negative effects. Ofcourse status of NK and FK is also important. It is interesting to see how the whole life pattern is interwoven in the fabric of the 12th houses. In a way they tell us what gives what, kind of like bringing to surface the relationships between cause and effects in life. What actions that we take will result in what reactions. Mother Nature is unforgiving and has her laws clearly laid out. I guess it will take some time before we can understand the whole structure and scheme of how life works. Hope this helps.
