For example I am born in a place called Nemmara in Kerala State of South India (Lat. 10:35 N, Lon 76:36 E). For prediction we also look once Transit chart. Suppose for me Transiting Jupiter is good now. But if I am staying outside my birth place say Dubai, then will their be any changes in power of Jupiter transiting? ie. should we take in consideration of place the individual reside now for recalculating planet strength? First you should try and understand the natal analysis. That will help you understand the basics of KAS theory first.
