Dear Ravi -

I don't think that KAS is totally compatible with the open office.org, if I remember correctly. Maybe Ash or Manu can correct me if I'm wrong. There was another student who inquired about this issue quite a while back but I can't find the correspondence and I can't remember now offhand. One thing you can try to do, is to lower your security level settings to medium. That usually helps. Otherwise, you might have to buy yourself Excel 2003 or up in order to use it, sorry.

Let me know if you get it to work.

Dear Ravi -

I found that lost correspondence back in January of 2007 and I was right. Open office.org is not compatible with KAS. Sorry.
