Mo is in cancer with 4 bindus, Ve is asc with 3 bindus and sa in cap with 5 bindus. Mo and Sa not only oppose each other, but if you check from Ve also, Ve opposes Sa while Mo is strong to Ve. So, Ke since it is SD to Sa and Mo will be eager to gives results of both (more so for Sa since it has 5 bindus). However, Mo in opposition to Sa (in both ways) is reducing quality. So, although Ke will give event it will be in opposition direction. Just check what happened in 1993, that time also native was running ke antra and he got laid off. So, timing is triggering but the direction is reversed. Mo is eager for 7th house results, so it shows change in dincharya. Also, although it is a postportem after facts have been provided but just see what happened after his lay off. Maybe marriage was also around the corner. So, Mo (7th) won against Sa (6th). He lost his job, but got married subsequently. Also if you check Sa, is more eager for 5th house results than 6th, since Sa is placed in E with 5 bindus for 5th house and 5th house is 12th to 6th house. Father demise also in ma antra, which is LoD for 4th house. First child in Sa, LoE for 5th, Second child somehow I am not able to reason. Find timing of marriage and see. Then check other events and that way both of u can iron out the proper ascendant first. With Aries lagna, there is no delay of marriage,taking TOB as 7.20am. But with Tauras lagna (7.30am), there is a Saturn delay but no Jup delay. Saturn aspects Mer (LOA) and Mars(LOB) and House C in rasi chart. Saturn delay ends in Mid 1988 and Mercury antra after Saturn antra january1990-Nov1992 was not competent for giving marriage event. Mercury is in houseC and with 11 points in summary chart. After this Ketu antra cld not give events as Saturn and Moon is neither Lod not LoE for 7th house. Following Sun antra ,being LoD for 7th and situated with Venus in house E with 5 points can give marriage as being endorsed by Bobby. Likewise,this chart sld be analysed taking as Taurus lagna.
