Doubt in strength of Houses - H1.. H12

I have the following doubt with regard to the worksheets H1 ... H12

rows numbered 14 and all the rows below that showing the aspect of

planets 1 & 2 ending with row number 16. In the sample worksheet the

rows are 14 to 16.

 

When 2 planets are aspecting a planet for example Say Sun is aspected

by Moon as well as Jupiter. Moon is in Pisces. Jupiter is in Capricorn

and Sun is in Virgo. Capricorn is Ascendant. Moon has 6 pints, Sun has

3 points and Jupiter has 6 points in Ashtakavarga. Since I am talking

about the aspect of Jupiter and Moononly here and since both have more

than 4 points equal number of malefic points have to be deducted viz.

-6 points for both the planets.

 

However in some of the worksheets malefic point deduction has been

made only for one planet Moon or Jupiter making the other one as zero.

In some worksheets I find that for both the planets appropriate

malefic points have been shown. In one worksheet H10 for both the

planets zero points is taken.

 

I am not able to follow the logic or the rules behind this. I tried to

scan through the messages archives also for a possible explanation to

this rule.

 

I am at a loss and I could not find anything.

 

Can the learned members explain this with an example please.
