Reason because 4th and 12th house all planets have more than 12 points 7th has 5 planets with more than 12 points. 5/5/1978 Time17:45 Bellary 15N23, 77E14. For marraige timing event we normally see 7th house, now as per lessons I have to see 4th, 7th and 12th. Am I correct. Only aftre this we can proceed further. We take 5th,7th and 12th houses for marrige. Other factors are also considered besides this. There was a marriage proposal 2005. But did not get materialise. Since the girl did not like the boy. As per customs it was a arranged proposal for arranged marriage.
