Guest guest Posted August 7, 2008 Report Share Posted August 7, 2008 Dear Prabha ji, Please make sure that swedll32.dll is in the right folder i.e windows\system32 Once the swedll32.dll is in the proper folder then the KAS program will know where to get the magic code and the macros which compute the calculations once the security is set to low or medium will run them. Now the files are working. Except I have noticed my Ascendant has changed from Libra to Virgo. Maybe once I start practicing KAS on my chart I will find out which Lagna should be considered in my case. When I entered my data in KAS software I get 27Vir50 with Ayanamsha as 22:31:23. I changed the Ayanamsha by Subtracting 1:1:40 from Lahiri's ayanamsha (or more exactly I tried giving Ayanamsha as 22:31:23) in JHora but Ascendant still is 20Lib23. I am sure that there is some mistake somewhere. The Ascendant can't be with such a big difference. When I entered my TOB as 7:36 in KAS software I get my Ascendant as being in Virgo (29Vi37) and the day as tuesday. But when I enter it as 19:36 the ascendant comes to 7Aries32 with birth day as wednesday. where am I making the mistake? The data is entered in the sheet " NatalDataEntry " . And as I was born in the evening I have to enter TOB as 19:36. Then why is it showing the Ascendant as being in Aries. Please help. I had this problem, I tried a few times putting the swedll32.dll in c:\windows\system32\ first put the swedll32.dll file in the above folder, in the excel under tools menu click macros, security then check low and at the bottom ok. close the excel, shut down computer and then restart. Good luck. It worked for me.
