Any change in jobs, date of pay raise, etc. = contractual job in Saudi Arabia starting February 2006, last date of pay raise with present job is January 2008 4) If married then give the date of marriage. Please also mention if it is a pre-arranged marriage or a love marriage. Also, give the chart of the life partner. = Married, August 13, 1980 love marriage 5) If there are problems in the marital life, please specify with date. = financial problem (2005) and third party affair (1993) 6) If there are children, then give their dates of birth. = Aug 16, 1980, Aug. 6, 1983, Oct. 7, 1984 7) Specify whether parents are still living.
