Urgent Help required: Job Change

Hello Everybody

i am working in big telecom PSU. at present i am at deputation to

another organization and i am having the option to absord in this

organization. however, my parent organization is seems to be in bad

shape in future or may be in very good shape, I DONOT KNOW yar. in

this organization where i am at present working there is no penson.

Should i take the absorbtion in this organization or i should

continue with my parent organization. my details are as below:

 

DOB: 04 dec,1970

Time:00:30 AM

Place: Lalitpur (UP)

 

please help me to come out from this tension. there is only 4 days

left to give the final option.
