delay in marriag

Dear sir,

i am seeing the discusion on the subject.

I request the learned members to examine the following case of our

close relative.

1) DOB 13th December 1969 TOB 05:50PM at Guntur in Ap.

is there a scope for her marriage and what has caused the delay. hope

there is no denial.

 

The parents say that her helth(epiliptic problem ) they donot venture

to see any alliances.

kindly have a deep discussion for reasons to be learnt as well as

solving the problem
