Personally I feel go through all the messages until Message 1500 under topics 12th lord and/or 6th lord. Prince Charles chart (Msg 1093) is a very good example to study in this regard. Guruji has explained in detail this chart in Msg 1123. Also in Msg 491, Guruji has mentioned that and I quote : " If any planets is having any relation with the 12th lord from house 'B' then it will deny to be samdharmi.
