Please calrify few KAS system related questions.

Hello,

I am a newbie to KAS system. I am not able to get clear meaning

of few things in the system. And I would like somebody please define

for me in simple way

 

1. In the upachaya houses ABCDE, how is C house is defined and it's

causes and effects to other upachaya houses

 

2. In the KAS system in H1 to H12 worksheets what does it indicate the

strength of the planets in plain terms. I am not able to comprehend why

some planets show great strength in these worksheets even though the

Binnashtaka points are very less.

 

3. What is L12 on Summary worksheet.

Dear Rakesh ji,

 

I will try to explain your questions.

 

1. Upchaya houses means houses 3rd, 6th, 10th & 11th.

House B is the house of the matter which is primarily being analyzed.

House A is the Karak house for house B and it is 8th counting from house B.

 

Now house A is the Karak house of the matter whiich is to be analyzed through KAS.

 

So count houses 3rd, 6th, 10th & 11th from house A.

 

The 6th from house A will be house B itself.

The 10th from house A is marked as house C

 

The 3rd from house A is marked as house D

The 11th from house A is marked as house E.

 

Please read Lesson 5 (The Upachaya houses) to understand the latter part of this question of yours.

 

2. At the moment when you are a begginer, just try to realize & study the effect of the planets with different strengths.

How the strengths are derived and why they are different, is quite technical and may be attempted later in the study by you.

 

3. L12 is denoted for Lord of the 12th house from the house under consideration. For example in case of Aries ascendant, the L12 for the 1st house will be Jupiter (lord of 12th house Pieces from 1st house).
