Respected Ashji,I made a mistake in taking this chart up without considering that the time of birth doesnt match the time of marriage event.

 

" Just time the marriage to see if it in line with both lagnas that way you can get idea for the correct birth time. Next, also check the power in 7th house w.r.t separation from his family and follow the time line and check the power and also now, just check what antras are running and what antras are going to follow and their power. You will find some co-relation. "

When I change the time to 8 AM, the LoA is Ma, LoB is Me, LoC is Sa, LoD is Me and LoE is Sa.

Sa here is the LoC with LoA and LoB. Ju in Libra aspects Me in D9. So there is full delay of 27.5 years. Sa had entered Capricorn in 1990. Sa and Me being LoD/LoE could not give marriage because of Sa delay. After delay it is Ke AD. Ke is SD to Ma, Sa. But Ma has high points so Ke is more like Ma. Ma is having less than 12 points in WS. Also Ma is the 2nd Lord. So if Ke gave him marriage, this means the next Ve AD of 13 points gave him separation from his wife.

Now in the chart though the quality of marriage is spoilt, it doesn't show permanent separation.

Ve is in Rahu Nks and is with Su[6th lord], and Ju which is in Libra in D9. Also Lagna lord is in 12th from itself, 12th lord is also gone to 12th from itself. Ma[LoA] is in Ra/Ke axis both in D1 and D9. Ma is with Sa in D1 and aspects Ve in D9. Ve is in 12th house meaning more bed comforts. Ma is SD to Su [in Su navamsha].

Please confirm if my analysis is correct.

Also I noticed in the chart if TOB is 7.37AM then there is no Sa delay whereas if TOB is 8 AM then as explained above there is full Sa delay.

With Aqu lagna, 6th house has 0 points due to Venus. When lagna is at border, you must check both lagnas. We are using points so things are clear cut.
