Somewhere i have read that they are fixed in place, for example Saturn 0 3.75 Jupiter 3.75 7.50 Mars 7.50 11.25 Sun 11.25 15.00 Venus 15.00 18.75 Mercury 18.75 22.50 Moon 22.50 26.25 Ascendant 26.25 30.00 the above are fixed in number and degrees in each of the rashis.
