In the chart; January 3, 1983 Kanpur India 9:00am Her Natural Karaka venus is in the first and functional is in the 10h. Her 12 point strength is as follows for focus house 7 for marriage: Ju 21 Aspect by 9th sight to seventh house and posted in 11h Ve 18 Aspects by 7th sight to seventh house Mo 13 Aspects by 7th sight to second house Ma 13 Aspects by 7th sight to seventh house Me 6 Not enough points Su 4 Not enough points Sa 0 Not enough points She just started Ketu sub dasa it is in own star in the sign of Sagittarius with Sun. Jupiter has 5 bindus and in its bhava in the sagittarius position it has 4 points. Ketu resides in the 12h from lagna House E in D-1 with Sun in D-9 it is posted in 4h with Moon. If ketu acts or gives results per Jupiter then jupiter as stated above is in 11h and aspects 7th, however if position of ketu trumps then can we say that ketu sub dasa would bring marriage for this individual? I am not completely clear on samdharmi planets, therefore I may be missing some points here in evaluating Ketu. Note: I find it interesting that ketu is with the luminaries in D-1 and D-9 both (Sun, Moon) I believe are weak in this chart due to position (please correct me if I am wrong)however, in D-9 moon is posted within her home and Sun is posted in 6th with jupiter.
