I was under the impression that the blemishes have to be rectfied by Guru by touching 7th house or 7th lord by occupation or aspect to nullify these before marriage can take place. I am copying email by prabhaji that seems to be going on the same lines. Once you determine that Guru is causing delay, then we have to address the next question, which is how much delay. If Guru is not causing delay then there is not question of addressing how much delay Guru will cause. The procedure is for determining or calculating delay of Guru. Judging the delay of Guru is very tricky. On one hand Guru can moderate the delay of Saturn and on the other hand it has the ability to delay events as well. On another note, I might not have the time to study each mail and rectify each and everything thing. This phenomenon has been discussed in the past, so it can be easily dug up from the archives. I just want to make sure that the procedure for Guru touching by aspect or occupation the 7th house or 7th lord for marriage related questions is ONLY used to ascertain or rectify jupiter delay. The blemishes in the chart such as on venus and guru ( karaka and root karaka for 7th house) can not be rectified by Guru transits for timing of event. The challenges in the chart such as 0 s in WS or aspect /SD to 6th lord etc. are not rectified in transit by Guru for timing of the event.
