Need help in entering birth data and time zone entry if one is born in india

Hi,

 

When using KAS2006v3.2.1 software how one can enter birth data if he is outside

USA.

 

What should be entered if one is born in india?

selection of country is not available

 

what should be entered in time zone for india?

GMT+5.30 is not seen,
