Events: Married May 27-2003

Long separation: Immigration issues and the distance have been drifting both of them apart. Since last year he is doing good with the business and has given up joining his wife and come to USA. They still communicate and legally there is no divorce. Now the file has started to move again. My question is will his moon antara (starting from Mar 29/2009) which is the lord of the second and placed in the second give the positive results and grant him long journey linked to 5th & 9th house matters?

Marriage happened in the sub lord Mercury who is the lord of the sixth house and therefore unhappiness in marriage. 7th lord is in the 6th house from LoB. Wife is planning to visit him in the middle of April/2009. Will the marriage survive and will he permanently be able to migrate to USA?!
