Just see the power of Ma and Mo which is LoD and LoE for 9th house i.e. 2nd and 6th lord. 3 planets have less power for 4th house which are Mo, Ma and Ju. Here in this case, they are one after the other in MD of Ra and then followed by Ju. When MD changes the Karaktawa also changes. Ra represents Guru and Venus and now its Guru MD. Even Ju antra has less power in 11th, 8th, 8th, 6th, 4th and 3rd. Mo and Ma had less power in 7th house and sun as well. Su, Mo, Ma are one after the other in Vimshottari dasha with exception of Mo and Ma MD. Now Ju also has borderline power for 7th as well and in navamsa its in Libra. Me and Ve are 2 strong planets for 7th but they too are in 6th house. Infact this gentlemans wife is a very nice person however its his temperament that might be causing disturbance.
