It is the 6th lord, therefore did not give. Next Ketu, represents venus and sun, sun is weak and venus is 2nd lord, therefore did not give.Venus is 2nd lord and in the navamsa of 6th lord, therefore did not give. Next is Sun, weak. Then comes Moon, which is the 4th lord and has good points for all the houses, should have given, don't know why it did not give. This I am not able to figure out.Next is Mars, in the navamsa of 6th lord, therefore did not give. Next is Rahu, represents Jupiter and Mars, Jupiter is LOE and Rahu behaves more like Jupiter therefore capable of giving. Seems some relationships and work commitments were the constraints for delay. Ve is with Mars in Mer navamsa and Mer is in 6th house in rasi. Ve is retro and still left with some effect of it though it is with Sun and in leo in rasi. Before Apr2010 Rahu antra is can be conducive for his 7th house matters and if elapsed,chances becomes oblique for marriage. In the example chart, Mars was the LOD and placed in the 12th house from itself in the rasi, it was therefore eliminated.
