House/property purchase - is it right time for me?

Hi,

I wish to know if it is a right time for me to buy a new house/property.

 

Details of Chart:

Male Chart

DOB: 02-AUG-1972

TOB: 18:10 Hrs

POB: Mumbai (Bombay) India [18N58 72E50]

Lagna: 1CP52

 

Antras running:

JU until April 2010

SA from April 2010 till Feb 2013

 

Both JU & SA carry more than 12 points for 4th house but both aspect A/B/C.

 

JU is highest significator and also LoE so I think it doesn't matter even if it

aspects A/B/C and that JU will be eager to give favourable results. JU also

gives 6 points for 4th house in SAV.

 

So would I be correct in saying that it is a correct time for me to buy a house

before April 2010 and would be auspicious/good luck?

 

If I don't buy house now then I have no good time until 2013 when ME antra

starts which is 2nd highest significator.

 

Your guidance would be much appreciated.

Would you like to share few of the past events to ascertain ascendant?

 

 

Also check because Jup is not LoE for 4th house even taking lagna as

1 Cp 52.Yes,Jup is strongest in all the houses and in the 4th housewith

good points so Ju aspect can be ignored on houses A,B or C.

Thanks for your response.

My mistake. I misread JU to be LoE for 4th house. Sorry.

 

My asc is correct 1CP52. My birth time is verified to be correct.

My marriage date is 19-Feb-2000 (JU antardasha - strongest siginifator for 7th).

 

So could I take it from your 2nd statement that aspect of JU be ignored and do

you think this is a good time to buy a house?
