We can see delay is there,quality of married life not satisfactory, Ve is with Ma, plus quality of karaka and RK is minimised, so to judge the timing here needs "KAS hours" we gave to build up our experince. Just this is my understanding that Sat as LoE is in Mer navamsa, LoB,LoE and LoD are together in 10th house,can pull back the delay to some extent so this can give marriage in 3rd sector of Sat. The event which Mer is supposed to give in its antra,Sat can replace it being more eager as LoE with 22 points in WS,though Sa causes the delay.
