Clarifications w.r.t Sun's Transit for timing

Dear All,Now that the samdharmi concept has been well clarified by Ashji mail " Samdharmi Clarifications - Chat with Guru ji - Lesson 25 " , the next factor to zero-in is the Sun's transit.

E.g. I. For 12th house (Foreign Relations): The native went on a first foreign assignment 19-May-2007, Jup subperiod (who is ranked 2) despite aspecting HoB as lord of HoD, when Sun was transiting Venus sign Rank 1.

Now, why this event happened in Sun's star who is Ranked 4? Is it due to Sun ranked 1 in 9th house matters of Luck?II. For 11th house (Means of earning a living, judging a favorable time

for earning): Saturn gets rank 1 and hence Sun's transit of

UttaraBhadra star gave the native the first regular IT Job offer on

30-Mar-2007. It was Rahu subperiod who is samdharmi by being in exact

conjuction with HoB lord Venus Rank 1 (along with Sat). However, I am

at loss why Jup having only one point and rank 7 qualified as sign lord
