In D9, Sa aspects LoB, LoA, LoB thus causing full delay (I think. Ju, being the lord of House A and B, aspects Sa the lord of House E. The native is getting married in feb 2010, that would make it the 2nd sector of AD of ketu. Since ketu is placed in the sign of Sa in the natal chart of the male, can we presume that AD of Ke will end the delay of Sa? Male got engaged between 17th july 2009 to 23rd july 2009.
