The native has lesser 1st house points, his Moon is in 12th house in the Nks of 6th lord and he has 5 sectors of Ju in his divisional chart and his 3rd house points are high. So the native must not be adamant, shall have a good married life, shall have to work extremely hard and may be he is involved in kind of higher studies (theoretically a possible reason for late marriage). I would then try to match if the event told matches with the chart or not. 2.For marriage there is full Sa delay which got over on 2nd Aug 2007. 3.There is Ju delay also as Ju is seeing LoA and LoB. Ju incidently is also seeing house C for 7th house and therefore cannot give marriage in its AD. Ju delay starts to make effect after Sa delay gets over.Here Ju has 7 points so the sight is malefic. At the time Sa delay got over the Ju was in 8th house. 4.There are no Blessings in the chart. 5.Ju is in the Nks of Ve. The Karak for marriage Ve is bossed by 6th house Sa (4:10 relationship with Sa 10th from Ve and having less points than Ve). 6.The karaks for marriage Ve is affected by 6th lord in the D-9 chart. Ve is also seen by Rahu which is a factor for delay in marriage. Ve is 2nd lord and as it is afflicted badly it will delay the marriage. 7.Marital happiness is however there in the chart. So marriage should be happening in the AD of high powered planet. 8.Now the situation in a nut shell is; A) The native’s Karak (both FK NK) are badly affected. B) The native has both Sa Ju delay. C) The native has no blessings. D) But the native does not have marital unhappiness either. E) And the native says he is married plus he insists the birth details are correct. 9.Now the perplexing issue is how come the married native’s chart shows marital happiness when both FK and NK are badly afflicted and in addition to it there are no blessings (checked thru Asc, Mon chart and also Sun chart). 10.Mo is LoD and strong for 7th house but when its AD was in operation (Dec 06 to Aug 08) the Sa and Ju delay were in progress. 11.As a matter of fact Ju delay should extend till 20th Dec 2009 until Ju comes in Aquarius. 12.So I would tell this Gentleman that either his birth details are incorrect or that he is yet to get married. If the birth details are correct then I shall ask him to wait till Oct 2012 till AD of LoE Ju arrives. I would be more interested in knowing the correctness of my process rather than my result. The asc.is same as you mentioned. There is no blessings in the chart and the total of 7th lord from lagna,Su sign lord and Moon sign lord comes to 80 indicating the good marital bliss. There is combined delay caused by both Sa and Ju. This accumulated delay will be over on 18 Nov 07 when Mo antara was in progress. But this antara is incapable to give marriage. Ju may cause more delay due to the following reasons. 1.6L is in 7th house. 2.Sa aspects both the luminaries. 3.LoC Sa is in 6th house and in 8th place from its own house C.Thereby spoiling the house C for 7th as B. 4.Ve is in Mool nakshtra. Due to above mentioned reasons Ju will trigger 7th house when Ju enters in Aq sign.This happens on 15 Dec 2009. Ra antara will be inforce and marriage is expected sometime nearby the date of 06 Nov 2011 and 15 Nov 2011. Second possible date might be 29 Dec 2011 and 31 Dec 2011. But because he says he is married I picked Mo antra, Dec 14 2006 - Aug 14 2008 as Mo being LoD gave the result but the karaks are spoilt and can cause a break later, seeing yogs for multiple marriages. Then I believe we should first analyze whether marriage is promised in the chart and then whether an antara before today could have given marriage. This is how I interpreted Ash Ji's quiz. We all agree that Moon seems like the most likely candidate to give marriage " if " he is already married, but moon is in the star of 6L. 4L (LoD)= moon is in the star of mercury (6L)and Moon sits in HE would cause delay, I believe but moon can give result but quality would suffer. His blessings are strong but afflicted by Rahu. Therefore, I believe Rahu affliction weakens the blessing. During Moon antara Jupiter delay is not over, I believe. When 6L is in 7H how many hits from Jupiter is needed? When Jupiter comes into Aquarius it will hit 7H, when it comes into Aries it will hit 7H and 7L and natal Jupiter in the 5H itself this occurs in the Rahu antara itself. Ju aspects Lagna. The 10th lord from lagna is Sa which is in Capricorn in D9. The 10th lord from Mo is Ju which is in Leo in D9. The 10th lord from Su is Su which is in Scorpio in D9. So there is lot of influence of Sa and Su. Sa is in 6th house making him religious. If the native is not married then he may be a head of a religious institution.
