In my opinion the antra of Sa which is LoE for 6th house might give her opportunity for job change and with some enhanced income (it being LoD for 2nd house). Her Sa AD would also coincide with Sa being in the 6th house during that time. When in 6th house Sa would be in house A for 11th house. Sa should not cause harm for 6th house matters. The AD of Sa in my opinion can also give her benefits related to 5th house(LoE for 5th) and in transit during major part of Sa AD it will also be in the Dhan sthan of the 5th house (gains related to 5th house). I would like seniors to check my thoughts to prevent anyone picking incorrect information later.
