Sa delay gets over in Oct 2006.3. At that time Ju has also completed its delay period being in 7H. 4. The antra at that time was of Ju. Next antra was of Sa, Me, Ke -- and all 3 has a link to 6th lord. So the marriage ouldn't take place. 5. Next antra of Ve gave marriage on 28-Dec-2009 when Ju in transits was aspecting 7H. Sa delay gets technically over on 08.07.2007 and I did NOT find Ju delay in this chart. Antra of Mo should have given marriage as that is strong samdharmi for Ma being in same sign and in same nakshatra.also cojoin in navamsa sign. Ma is strong significator and also it is getting points from Ve, which is NK and FK. The data given a few months back had time of 9:48 AM and the DST is on and the time zone should be MDT and not MST. Sa is retro and delay was over in 8th July 2007 after rentering previous sign leo. After this we get Ju delay though a meagre one in the sense Ju does not aspect but conjoins with 2nd lord being 7th lord so we can say have some delay influence. So these are the rules and should be observed before proceeding for a chart. Now check the irregularties that Ju has to rectify as natural "guru" by number of striks on 7th house or it's lord. Here Ju is 6th lord and when it generally comes forward ? Why it is eager to compensate it's own delay? Thats why we treat it as naughty chap with no base and it can jump to assume any role in a house as per its nature. So two aspects can be there either benefic or malefic but being 6th lord we can not expect anything like good from it. Marriage happened in Ve antra where Ve and Sa are strong SD though Ve is losing it's power in 7th house by 5 bindus due to its own sight. The combination of mutual aspects for Ra and Sa on Ve and Ma in both the charts are there so attachment as well as mutual understanding is reflected for the couple. We should look for the positive factors too beside other small malefics things that we generally preserve in mind like high and low. So happy sailing for the couple,we can say. Karak for lagna is Ve and it is in lagna.So it shows something. She can think of doing some job in coming antra which may be needed during that time to cope up with the responsibilities she might incur. Think heref Me is SD to Su also. I overlooked that point thinking that this combination is not to be studied in Navansh. I was wrong. So in effect there is Ju delay also. Now Sa delay gets over on 08.07.2007 and at that time the AD of this male native was of Sa (till Oct 07 and Ju was in its 8th house. So Ju delay continued from 08.07.2007 till 25.04.2009 when Ju came in Aq to aspect 7th house. But Ju became retro on 15.06.2009. Then Ju came back into sign Cp on 07.08.2009 while in retro. It assumed forward direction on 13.10.2009 Then on 15.12.2009 Ju came in Ag once again (thus casting 9th sight on the 7th house) and on that date (15.12.09) the Ju delay was technically over. At that time the AD was of Ve which is both FK and NK for the 7th house. Since all the delays were over and the AD was conducive to the event, plus Ju being delay making planet gave the event as soon as the delay was over. The marriage thus took place on 28th Dec 2009. Yes,Sa delay over on 8-Jul -2007,when Sa was coming back its retrograde motion and entered o degree of Simha. But at the same time Ju was transiting over Ve as 7th lord.It is another condition for satisfying the story of Ju's delay. Then at 8-Jul-2007 every delay has finished. Now,at this date,means Sa's antra,it's clear that Sa is not LOD nor LOE or not placed in HD or He or is not SD for the strongest Significator in WS for 7th house as B.And the most important is that it is placed in 6th house,means Black Hole. After Sa's Antra we have Me who is 6L itself.Again couldn't fructify the results.Also it is not SD for LOE or LOD. After Me ,we have Ke Anra which is SD for Sa,then couldn't give marriage again. And at last ,we have Ve Antra,which could give marriage as it is SD for LOE and has good points of 19 for 7th house in WS. In my opinion it must have been more of the effect of the Sun AD which gave the marriage event to this native (it ofcourse happened 13 days before the start up of the Sun AD).
