Therefore Ju cannot delay the event.3-Aspect of Ju on Ve as NK can nullify bad effects to some extends. Karak and Mool Karak is spoilt. He has had multiple relationships and marriages. That is as per our KAS law. Ve to Sun = 47, Ve is aspected by Sa and Ve is in jayeshta nakshatra. 6th lord Sa is in Karak Sthan so again that spoils the karak sthan for marriage. So all that is reflected as per your write up given. Now, his education was not smooth, check the power of planets in the WS, I think that is also clear. Yes, add about 10 mins to his birth time, 22:10 pm. He became president in the antra dasha of Mars. Mars is LoE for 10th and is in House D and for 6th house it is LoD. The karak for authority is Shani and that has become very powerful due to 4:10 with Sun who is natural karak for authority. 12th lord is placed in 5th house enhancing the house of crown. On 7th May 2007, pdf was of Ma-Su. Sun is SD to Sa and Ma is LoE placed in House D and in antra of Mars and in MD of Moon who is SD to Shani the Karak for Authority.
