Dear Sunil ji,

 

Now just think of this dictum that you gave using KAS only.

 

Guru can have

 

1) > 4 bindus

2) = 4 bindus

3) < 4 bindus.

 

Now, IN GENERAL guru is called most benefic planet BECAUSE it has been

distributed the highest numbre of SAV points of 56.

Which means it makes 56

good yogs with lagna and 7 planets. So its benefic.

 

Now IN GENERAL, Guru has mostly > 4 bindus going by the law of averages.

 

So now if a dictum states that if those with Guru in Kumbha

is and i am quoting

from what you gave as

 

" rogi ,durbhudhi

,moneyless,moorkha ( fool ),miserly ,loves to do bad

karma s and has

dental problems and stomach diseases "

 

end quote

 

then just think of Guru has less than 4 bindus.

 

Now Parasara or Varharamihira

or anyone else everyone agrees that a planet with

less than 4 bindus is weak for the house it is placed in.

 

Now, being in KARAK sthan for 4th house with less than 4 bindus will and Phal

sthan for 11th

 

1) Make one murkh (unsuccessful if interpreted that

way)

2) Miserly again that is a by product of not being successful and again its a

person who's happiness is reduced as its in KARAK sthan for 4th

3) Loves to do bad Karma as its in upchay from 6th house and in 2nd house from

10th with less than 4 bindus so malefic for 11th so again an interpretation if

I

may

4) have dental problems, so in 10th house from 2nd with less than 4 bindus.

 

So again, you can see how upchay theory is being used albeit this time with

consdering Guru as Malefic.

 

Now make this same Guru as a benefic viz-a-viz with GREATER THAN 4 bindus then?

 

Now nothing I have said above is not in line with what any of the Maharishis

have said.

 

I am just using Upchay theory and interpreting the same. Now, using this

theory, I need no remember all these special interpretation. One can use the

theory or anyone can to come to the same conclusion.

 

Now you can call this KAS theory or Theory given by our ancient seers etc etc,

that is just the name.

 

The essence is what I am interested in.
