By presenting such charts my prime intention always remain to learn relevancy and justification for a given chart.Now this TOB is given by parent so generally we believe this could be more correct because nobody can tell better than themselves.For that reason past events become more important to validate lagna. As you have seen few of the events are not matching and lagna is also on line. Though delay factor is there for marriage and it appears justified to some extent. Even then we can understand logically there might be rectification of birth time which other events have not fallen on due time. In this chart too,you can judge these things taking leo lagna. I believe you will definitely find some answer out of this. If the lagna is Virgo, Jupiter has 26 points for the 7th house but with Leo lagna, it is less than 12. Leo lagna seems to fit better. Will be curious to know your thoughts. I always thought that Jupiter being in its own navamsa makes it strong to give the timing for the event, and not necessarily affect the quality (good or bad). Two different things? So based on our basic laws which is that if a planet aspects House A, B or C will not give the result, however its samdharmi can give. So here its SD to itself so it will give the result. Next layer is the bindus. So if its aspecting House and if its with more than 4 bindus then it will reduce the power and that will reflect in the WS. So if the planet is capable of giving the result but due to its aspect it might not give, but if it is capable and if its in swa-navamsa then it will step in and give as it will become SD to itself. Maybe that is not what you meant, but I need to point out this so that you understand just in case if we are not on the same page. So, if Ju is capable of giving the result and its not LoD or LoE, otherwise even if it aspects it can give the result despite it aspecting ABC. So here if Ju is not LoD or LoE but if it has good power in the WS, but it was just being HELD BACK becasue it was aspecting A, B or C house then it cannot give the result, however with being in own navamsa, it CAN give as it can REPRESENT ITSELF or in other words, its SD to itself.
