My analysis is as follows; 1. There is no Sa delay and also there is no Ju delay in this chart. 2. There are no zeros in the SAV chart and hence there is no delay on that ground too. 3. The FK and NK Su and Ve respectively are also free from affliction by Sa and Ra. However in D-9 Sa is casting its 3rd sight on FK Su which can provide a little bit of delay to the marriage. 4. Ju is in Libra and hence spoilt. Here Ju is RK for marriage and is also the FK for 2nd house (karaksthan for marriage). So this aspect can delay the marriage to some extent. 5. Delays by Ju normally end after 24 years of age when Ju completes two complete rounds of the chart. This completed in August 1994. 6. At that time ie in Aug 1994 the AD in operation was of Ke. 7. Ke represents Sun. The Sun is weak for 7th house. 8. Marital happiness is seen to be moderate in this chart. There is one 3:11 aspect in the chart and so in retrospect marriage in low power plant is also feasible and marriage in high power planet is also feasible. Ke represnts Su whch is weak for 7th house. 9. Here Ve and Me are LoD and LoE for 7th house. We find the AD of Ve commences from May 1995 and since there are no zeros and the delay by Ju (by the virture of it being in Libra) is also over (24 yrs age), I believe that the Ve AD gave the marriage immediately . 10. But Ve AD started on 22nd May 1995 whereas the marriage occurred on 3rd May 1995. The difference is more than 13 days. If we change the birth time by 5 mins from 5:28 to 5:33 the Ve AD begins from 1st May 1995. 11. This could be the possibility and has to be ascertained (cross-checked) through dates of other events of the life. 12. I am of the view-point that Ve here is responsible for the marriage event here to this native and it gave marriage soon after it commenced. Hence,this reduces the quality of karaksthan and sun is aspecting house B thus weakening itself by 5 bindus aquiring 9 points in worksheet. Further Ketu is like sun here and ketu or sun is not eligible but get the essence of karak means like a doer.Ve is LoD but it is in 12th house from own house so this should not give marriage. Ju is spoilt being in 8th house from it's own sign and is in libra.Ju is root karak also.When a planet is situated in 8th house it spoils the result of 6th house from it's sign or 11th house from where it is situated. Ju is playing like a 6th lord also and situated in sukh-sthan means 4th house or house D.All these primary combinations we can see to judge the timing too. Here Sa is lord of house B,should aspectH/L of A and C for full delay. Now if you are asking for delay of Sa aspecting 7th house but that will not be a reason for any kind of delay.For this one has to be more judgemental for other factors ina chart. Similarly Ju is aspecting lord of B and should aspect H/L of A. If Sa alone is aspecting house B it will not cause full delay. Please tell what are the conditions for 1) Sa to cause full delay 2) Ju to cause delay Please pen it down. It will be good revision for you and it will be recorded for the new members joining our group as a guidance as well. If you are going wrong somewhere, then it can be corrected.
