Good point Mike,

Which is why the repetition is so important. We are

forced to be patient and yet allowed certain rewards of phenomena. I experience

the " Abracadabra " of the astral which translates into " I create as I speak " or

in this case think, and this can be done here but as you understand some

behaviors need to be changed for the results to simply appear. For Kundalini the

fight and flee mechanisms need to be restructured. Sometimes the mechanism of

analysis needs to be relaxed that the higher faculties may be allowed sway. -

 

 

 

 

 

I believe that we can change things for the better by the way we

think and feel, that this realm is as causal as any other, just

harder to change and slower to respond. Could it be that this fact

is the very reason why we incarnate here? Precisely to subject

ourselves to a world where things *don't* change easily and where

there is no quick and easy way out of the personality defects that

afflict us? Could it be that this forces us to face our demons and

strive to change ourselves? I don't know. "
