Guest guest
This is from mgball (Mike) and a very good tool it is. I suggest we all give it a try especially with regards to the expression of Kundalini - Thank you Mike. This tool would also apply to sadness or fear. Here it is again: " Yes, look at the difference between the statements 'I am Angry' and 'I see anger arising here'. See how at once the second one puts the anger at one remove? Suddenly the anger no longer possesses you, you possess it. It puts you in control. " Blessings and thanks again - chrism
Guest guest
Great tool Mike, Great for use with all emotions and other feedback from this wonderful body. " I see pain arising " This has worked well in the dentist's office. " I see joy rising " Helps me not get too focused on the Joy when there are many other feedback messages coming at the same time. Much more to appreciate many of the times. Thanks Mike and Chrism Blessings Sam , chrism <> wrote: > > This is from mgball (Mike) and a very good tool it is.
