Thank you once again for all of the input: spiritual and mental! If you don't know my background....... In a nutshell: Childhood from hell (Hateful stepfather who daily reminded me I was " worthless " G.D. bastard-- PLUS--- Loving Grandmother who offered much needed balance). Martial arts and Zen meditation since I was 18. (53 yrs on Sept. 11th). All kinds of " paranormal stuff " --including OOBE since I can remember). Always seeking answers to mysteries of this big old universe...always thinking there was " something " more out there. Very grateful I stumbled across the Kundalini philosophy, I guess I'm finally ready for it...things seem to be falling in to place now! Thanks folks!
