Your 53 years of energy work will serve you well. So please do the circulations at every possible moment this will further infuse your systems ie Endocrine, Respiratory, Circulatory and also your Luminous systems, ie Etheric, Emotional, Life force, Visual, Healing and the many others. Not to be done while driving at this point.
