? Group? 3rd eye meditation breathing

Dear & Group:

 

As a Zen style-empty mind meditator since 1972--I'm enjoying the visualization

in meditation that yoga seems to provide.

 

One Yaga technique where you " squeeze your chi " from your root to your third eye

area with eyes closed...

I actually SEE an eye looking back at me.

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

This has happened often in the past few weeks!

thanks dear Elektra...I have been sending to Richard and you both healing and

the focussed root chakra activations only to Richard. Just a little as Chris

suggested no huge amounts of K this time...just lightly so I hope you have a

wonderful stay at home.

 

For myself visions of past lives and foregiveness of others, myself and asking

for foregiveness was the hallmark of last week and seems to be continuing into

this next week and I am very okay with that. I know I have alot to clean up and

am ready to tackle each one. How wonderful to finally be finished with this

stuff I had been carting around life after life. And if it comes and cycles

around again on another level I am ready to move quickly through it.

 

Chris I salute you--for this site and for your foresight and figuring all this

out in a safe way for the rest of us. Richard and Elektra I think I have one

more day for Richard (3 days in a row) and then I will break and send healing

only for a couple of days. And if you both need anything just yell --I can hear

Hi All,

I've been off line for a few days, coming home to the UK has kept me busy.

I didn't know about the friday post to send but I was staying connected so

hope my higher self took care of some of that for me

Sending today instead, is it the base chakra we send to?

Just focusing there and asking divinity to guide it where it needs to be.

 

Have been really engrossed into this whole english energy, things have been

powerful and magical. Healing.

 

It's warm and welcoming.

 

Spending time with children, my inner child has been coaxed out and nurtured,

england feels like mother love to me once again.

Will be seeing my mum for the first time in 10 tears putting a whole episode

behind me emotionally. Reembracing my family connections and being thankful for

the people in my life, as God blessed me.

 

I feel peaceful right now but have a sense of a resting period and inner

adjustments going on. Getting ready for whatever is coming but for now I'm

resting somehow. It's been wonderful.

the spine with the kegel muscles I presume, the energy will become an activation

wave for all your chakras but as you focus on the sixth this will form an eye or

a sensation of a protrusion from the third eye area. A feeling of a bump or a

knot or a sensation of something will occur there. The eye you see Stephen is

there for you to enter. Go in and see......-
