Dear Chrism:

I understand what you are saying:

But, really....

Until a few weeks ago I had only heard of Kundalini in passing! I never

bothered to research it because I would " shy away from all of these 'complicated

mystic sounding' practices " and just stick to what I FELT.

Of course NOW I realize that I KNEW INSIDE many parts of the Kundalini

experience-I just didn't have a name for them!

It seems they have been happening all of my life! This reminds me of what my Zen

teachers would say about enlightment " You already have it " .

I would think: " I already have it??? What am I doing HERE then??? " :)

To guide Deb or anyone else with Kundalini (especially terminology) seemed

presumptous to me! That's why I said what I said.

Quickly, I am now seeing that Kundali is an excellent way to explain what has

been happening to me (and IMPORTANTLY to all of my friends I meet on

'paranormal' web sites!) who are trying to make sense of all of the " mysterious "

occuarances in their lives.

I actually have been practicing many aspects of Hatha Yoga -I just called it

Yoga and thought it was " nice exercise " but not " macho " enough for me :).

Now I see I have been ALSO practicing some Kundalini Yoga-without knowing the

terminology!

I even see now how my Zen practice of 'empty mind' meditation is a part of the

Kundalini experience--and a Japanese version of it.

So, I will comment on what I KNOW -my feelings- freely.

I will comment on Kundalini terms and methods as I feel I learn them.

This place reminds me of a good martial arts class. A white belt (me) does not

waltz in and start teaching others: he leaves that to the instructor (Chrism).

However, in a good class ---like this :)....the teacher encourages ALL of the

students to " jump in " and share what they have learned.

I will do that when I feel compelled...:).

I just hope someone doesn't jump in and say: " Who the HELL does that Stephen

think HE is? "

I know...Stephen is just another beautiful human--just like all of you here!

Many blessings to all here!....and my instructor...Chrism!

:) :) :)

Interesting Stephen,

All roads lead to Kundalini. Reminds me of those

who have come here or that have mentioned to me at the seminars

that " There is nothing else " as they have tried the other systems of

enlightenment and found them wanting. I too was in this pattern until

Kundalini found me. Blessings to you and all on this path - chrism
