Please be advised that I

cannot defend or speak to what other groups and publications say with regard to

the Kundalini. What I can speak too is the practice of the protocols as espoused

here will in no way cause you detrimental harm or make you un able to work or

divorce you from your wife or make you bark. As long as you practice these

protocols.

 

If you wander outside of them to other teachers or Gurus or schools then you

will be subject to whatever ramifications those decisions provide. This isn't

like algebra. Different places offer different ways to reach the same goal and

they will have different results.

 

Many of the sites to read about Kundalini offer a great many fear stories of

this or that. Many of these stories are from people who " had " this happen to

them spontaneously without preparation. That is not the case here. But if these

fears have triggered in you a flight or flee response that you cannot let go of

then I strongly suggest that you discontinue. If you are not willing to

surrender completely to the process then you should discontinue.

 

I have had this for over 16 years and had many troubles but none that ever

left me unable to work or love another, or vocalize uncontrollably - except in

the shower of course! lol. This is a great opportunity to look at the issue of

fear in your life and how this does or does not control your decision making.

 

Go read a Christian evangelical site and they will tell you Kundalini is

satanic! You must decide if this is for you. I can say that nobody who has

diligently worked the protocols here has had seriously detrimental experiences.
