This goes back to the fact of the Kundalini blending the realities that

overlap the physical into a one large reality. The ancients would say that one

who has the Kundalini has had there eyelids ripped off. Meaning that they now

see the other realms as easy as another sees only the physical.

- thanks for your wonderful and thoughtful response to me. I

have not had time to respond, but you know I have all sorts of thoughts about

it! Yesterday I had more family stuff, and today I get my eyes dilated, so

tonight is out to even read! But, I will get back to you as soon as I have a

decent amount of time to think about what I say.

I did want to say one thing about what you said above about being able

to see other realms as easily as the physical. I am noticing some things.

Yesterday, after I did the 5 Tibetans and then the breathing, I went outside

and sat down and I did not see prana dots, but I saw light, but it looked more

like pulsating light. You know how you can see your breath in cold weather?

Well, it was kind of like that, only it was hot weather and yet I could

either see my breath, or see some kind of pulsating light when I would exhale.

I was quite fascinated with it and it lasted a long time.

Also, a couple of days ago I was doing a meditation and I got a very

clear vision of some place that seemed ancient. Hard to describe. But I could

clearly see this old building, touch the walls, and there was this man who I

followed. It was like he wanted me to follow him, so I did. I followed him

through this tunnel-like walkway, through a path with trees and plants, etc.

Then he said to me that something wonderful was going to happen and that I

would soon see it. And that was the end of it.

I tried to reconnect with it in another meditation, but was unable to.

It was close to an OBE, but I don't ever remember " leaving my body. "

Anyway, it was something worth sharing.

I'll get back to you later on some other thoughts about what you said

about fear, etc.

Lisa - I just wanted to say that I love reading your stories and what

others are saying. There are so many nice people on this forum.

And Stephen - I wanted to say that I have " been there " before. I'm

sure you're not surprised. I know exactly how it is and my thoughts and

prayers

are with you.

Be back when I have more time!

Deb
