Guest guest Posted July 6, 2006 Report Share Posted July 6, 2006 Chrism, PS: I also wanted to ask regarding the Practice, I can only manage about 6 spins before I start to get pretty dizzy. I have been limiting myself to 6 reps of the other Tibetans, including the deep breathing. I do the full 15 reps of the compression breathing. Should I limit all of them to 6 or do as many of each that I can do? I limited to the lowest number to try to keep the chakras in synch. Many thanks for your guidance.
