Guest guest
Chrism, My practice is going great. I am continuing to be amazed with the 5 tibetans. I already exercised most days but these movements are a wonderful learning experience and addition to my routines. The process is a joy. As I had mentioned before, love, gratitude, service, meditation, prayer, forgiveness were already a part of my everyday life. Openning to Kundalini was just one more step that my life was guiding me to. I have no specific goal, like to be enlightened. I am thrilled with my life the way it is. I find delight and joy in the most mundane things and things that are quite out of this world. Yes, I am ready to go further. I continue to go further. I have no expectations other than to be in the process and continue openning to that which is. I thank you for your time, effort, intention and focus that you put into my unfoldment and those others in this process. I realize that you get a lot out of it too and I still thank-you. Guest guest
Chrism & Group, I will go up to 15 reps of the Tibetans, I think I'm ready for that now. I'm also trying to do them twice a day as well. If I can indulge you for a moment, I had an interesting dream yesternight. Taken directly from my notes: I don't remember many of my dreams, but this one was different, My alarm clock kept going off but I didn't want to get up - I was very tired, but I knew I needed to get to work early. I kept hitting the snooze, then I decided to get up, a bit of rustling, slight movment & I got up and out of bed. I was in a totally different room & it was kind of dark. The room was big & open, the bed was close to a wall but kind of centered on it. A desk with about 3-4 different (colored) lights & switches was in the middle of the room. I walked over & turned on a light. It helped some, but the room was still very dim. I went over to a stereo & lifted the lid of the turntable & and album was slowly turning (clockwise); not at a playable speed at all (very slow) and it was also turned off. I said to myself, " this is not right, something's wrong here " . I looked around & still saw how dim it was & how unfamiliar the room was. I walked back toward the bed & felt like I wanted to get back in. There were 2 people in the bed. I remember wanting, kind of being drawn to it, then I woke up. I have no idea who was in the bed. I don't know what this was, (OBE maybe) but I liked it :-) Grace & Peace to each of you, Ray , " dallyup52 " <dallyup52 wrote: > > Chrism, > > > > Sam please indicate the status of your practice and if you are > ready to go farther.
