Guest guest
I live in Southern California Last year the average summer temperature was 110, so we are getting a break this year. I am a housecleaner by day, humble writer by night. My day job feeds my night job with inspiration I am blessed to receive, lol. Truth is always odder than fiction. ALWAYS! One thing I have learned from my job is that the more financially well off a person is the less likely they are to use their air conditioner. Urg! What do you do at the airport? 19 years is a long time, which is great! lisa dermenof <lisadermenof wrote: What type of work do you do and what area of the u.s. do you live in? I'm sorry that it is so hot for you. Two days ago here in Ohio, it was actually too cold to go to the pool, only a high of 68F with wind. It's amazing how the weather plays a major role in our lives. I see you working at the airport somewhere, since I can relate with your stress. I've worked at airports now for 19 years! wow. Stay cool and calm !!!! Guest guest
Hi Lisa, I am thankfully going back to the UK for a quick break, I will stock up on some health foods, as for right now, I'm making carrot, pumpkin, garlic, tomatoe and onion mash or stew, it is sweet and really filling and seems to stop that empty feeling i often have and satisfies the munchies. So, I've found a naturally sweet alternative. What is weird is that Shakti has cancelled most of my work, this was stressing me out a bit as I'm low on cash, but, I realised she is doing it for my healths sake, to take me out of social situations so I can work on myself right now. Home cooked food, yoga, water and shakti..... ahhhhh heaven. And of course you lovely friends! Lots of love, Elektra x x x --- Leshya <pleiades69 wrote: > Sounds like Gluten intolerance, I have the same > thing. > No sugars or starches for me and if I follow this, I > feel > great. > That's horrible there are no Organic Health food > options there. > I assumed the Chinese ate very well there. > You can only do your best I guess.
