Guest guest
Ah, " Stephanie " must be me, Stephanie. Indeed I will introduce myself. Thanks! I am a transfer from the OBE_Newsletter group, which I read diligently, and contribute to occasionally. I'm still there, too. I've had some *minor* OBE experiences, at least that I'm aware of. One experience I had last fall was really intense and made me begin to wonder if I'd had a Kundalini experience. I remember feeling ecstatic as it progressed and fantastic the day after. I'll copy/paste here: " Last night I was dreaming along, and suddenly I found myself talking on a cell phone to some mysterious being, very unclear, but it was as though I was getting " instructions " . THEN my sacral area/low back began to vibrate deeply and loudly. This sensation moved up my spine and vibrated throughout my body, and as it moved up my spine, the rate of vibration increased as did the pitch of the loud vibrating sound I heard. This lasted and moved on up to my neck for minutes, and when it reached my neck (and was still vibrating all along my spine) the intensity of vibration increased after I 'heard' 'someone' say there is too much tension in my neck, and I saw white light encircle my neck, and the sound of the vibration was amazingly loud! It was like an intense internal massage. It was incredible and I've never felt anything like this before! Soon thereafter I woke up and realized that these are probably the vibrations that people talk about before a conscious OBE. So, I would guess that the next step is to recognize that while it's happening and *help* myself out! I'm SOOOOO excited! " I read your Kundlini Awakenings Systems site, and was interested in the recreating this state, which sounds like it takes some disciplined meditation. This experience was last fall. Unfortunately I have digressed from this with my life (single mother of three teens, work in and manage an acupuncture/colorpuncture clinic, work in administration of a Chinese Medical School, etc. etc.) I would be curious for feedback on this experience as well as suggestions of where to go from here. Thank you for your Welcome Peace and Utmost Joy! Guest guest
Yes, Stephanie it does feel that you have energetically begun this process. Do you feel these vibrations in your lower spine as you are awake? Or only when asleep? Did you feel any heat or intense cold? Are you seeing lights floating in your peripheral or focused sight? Do you know of and or are you aware of your guidance? So many questions. -
Guest guest
Chrism, Thanks for your quick response. So many answers! The main place I feel vibrations when I am awake is in my temples, as well as often on the bottoms of my feet. It comes and goes, sometimes it is very intense. I've also experienced episodes that last several weeks of clicking in my brain (this is hard to describe). After this experience of the vibrations up my spine last fall, I was aware of vibrations migrating around my body, on various places on my skin, different acupuncture points, but at this point I don't recall anything specifically at the base of my spine while awake. I would pick up my purse and feel a deep vibration, thinking it was my cell phone, and then realizing my cell phone is across the room and not ringing. Sometimes this will happen when I rest my arm or leg against a table or any material object. It's almost as though I'm feeling the vibration of the objects with that part of my body. I do not recall the sensation of heat or intense cold with any of the vibrations, just loud sound and movement in my sleep. I have seen balls of light that emanate pure love off in my right peripheral vision (but this is not consistent, and it has been awhile), and I've had clairvoyant and clairaudient experiences. I am aware of my guidance in dreams and in waking life, and now want to more fully tune in, and enhance and deepen my experiences. More thoughts? Thanks so much!
