The Scatterfield - for the new members

Dear Chris,

 

Couple of days ago as I was going to meditate and was doing

something on my computer...all of a sudden I *felt* my base chakra

and the 2nd one (the whole sacrum) expanded and *blew* off my Ajna a

beautiful purple spinning light (as big as an apple). It was a

feeling kind of from the base ,up the spine through the Ajna center.

It was interesting and I thought to share this.

I feel great thank you for asking

Another thing I have noticed past weeks while meditate is the easiness

of relaxing my physical body...very easy till the feeling there is no

body (you know what I mean) and after that is only happiness
