I am leaving work early tonight as my stomach feels clogged and my heart beat is up a notch. I am a little dizzy and it seems as if I can trying to catch my breath. Guest guest Posted July 19, 2006 Report Share Posted July 19, 2006 After I sent this email, I practiced one the Bhanda movements in my chair a few times. Not knowing the name of the top of my head, but it's the one where you pull in your stomach back to your spine as well as clenching the sphincter area, all in the exhale and hold. Would you know it, just minutes after this, I actually started to feel better. I about 30 minutes time, I was back to normal. I didn't have to leave work at all.
