I will start these all completely tomorrow (wed). I have done one of them a few

time here at work at my chair. I am leaving work early tonight as my stomach

feels clogged and my heart beat is up a notch. I am a little dizzy and it seems

as if I can trying to catch my breath. Not sure what is lingering in my stomach,

but I am not happy right now :(

After I sent this email, I practiced one the Bhanda movements in my

chair a few times. Not knowing the name of the top of my head, but it's

the one where you pull in your stomach back to your spine as well as

clenching the sphincter area, all in the exhale and hold. Would you know

it, just minutes after this, I actually started to feel better. I about

30 minutes time, I was back to normal. I didn't have to leave work at

all. Stephen was right, tells you to do something a day ahead of

time when you actually need it. I continue to practice everyday.
