Guest guest
Hello and all, My kundalini is going well, just a relaxed slow ascension, happening very slowly in the manner of kriya yoga, in which kundalini is supposed to awaken like a queen, very slowly, looking around, falling back to sleep a few times, dozing etc... This has actually been my plan for the last few years since I became aware I was having an awakening, as I didn't want to hurt myself. The weird thing about this is that as I have been going so slowly, when I raise my energy to a point that gets telekinetic, and I can start to feel the presence of entities etc, it actually feels normal! Should I start offering forgiveness to entities? Anyway my question about hatha yoga is, does anyone know any hatha yoga exercises/asanas to correct diastasis recti? I made mine worse on friday by a lot of heavy lifting. Its basically when the fascia between the left and right abdomenal wall halves becomes stretched, its not a hernia, but can become one if not sorted out. apparently its common after pregnancy. My 5 tibetans book still hasnt come in the post!! Does anyone know any good online descriptions of the exercises/bhandas etc? Also, does anyone here practice fasting or any other purification practices? I practice jala neti, which is running salty water through the nose with a kind of teapot-thing, which is really good for balancing the channels in the head. There are lots of yoga purufication practices like this for all parts of the body, just wonder if anyone else practices them? They include swallowing a long cloth to clean the oesophagous, swallowing and vomiting salt water to purify the stomach, staring into a candle for the optic nerve, and various bhandas. Hooray for yoga! How lucky we are to know it! Thanks a lot ancient indian dudes/dudettes! Much love everyone - Japo
