Hi there, who is Selena Luna? Is that a person in this group? Can

she help me with this abs problem?

Use the capacities of the Kundalini to broadcast this in all that

you do and feel. The entities will get this as will everyone and

thing that comes with in your space. It is a kind of constant

meditation. As you experience the connection of the Kundalini

radiate that feeling outwards that all may partake of it. @@

Selena Luna may wish to offer her services here aswell. Typically

the haves that become stretched also become torn not enough to have

a hernia but not far from it. No stretches at all for this hatha or

otherwise, unless your intuition tells you this is the remedy. I

have had these as well, and my suggfestion is to back off the

physical demands of lifting and climbing ie stairs or hiking or the

like as this will increase the tear in the tissue. @@
